Marco is a unified inbox built for accounts receivable teams. It pulls all your AR-related emails from Gmail and Outlook into one view, enriches each conversation with ERP data (open invoices, payment history, customer health), and uses AI to suggest contextual replies. Think of it as Superhuman, but purpose-built for collecting money.
We currently support NetSuite (OAuth-based read-only sync), QuickBooks Online, and CSV import as a universal fallback. More integrations are on the roadmap. The ERP connection takes about 5 minutes to set up.
Marco uses AI in two ways: first, it generates a customer context summary by analyzing ERP data and recent email history. Second, it suggests smart replies that reference specific invoices, amounts, and payment terms. Today, you always review and edit before sending. Over time, as Marco learns your patterns, you can gradually hand off routine follow-ups to autopilot mode — with full control over which customers and scenarios it handles autonomously.
Yes. All credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256. We use Supabase with row-level security policies on every table, ensuring strict data isolation between organizations. OAuth tokens are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser.
Most teams are up and running in under 10 minutes. Connect your email (Gmail or Outlook OAuth), link your ERP or upload a CSV, and you're ready to go. No engineering team or IT involvement required.
Early access is free and includes the full product: unified inbox, AI context panel, smart replies, ERP integration, and multi-subsidiary support. We're working closely with early teams to shape the product, so you'll also get direct access to the founding team for feedback and feature requests.
Autopilot is where Marco is headed. Once you've used Marco long enough to trust its judgment, you can enable autonomous mode for specific customer tiers and scenarios. Marco will handle routine collections — sending reminders, acknowledging payments, responding to invoice requests — on its own, within rules you define. Every autonomous action is logged with a full audit trail, and you can pause it for any customer with one click. It's never enabled by default, and high-value relationship accounts are always human-only.
